Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Tveka inte att höra av dig vid frågor! Welcome! This property has 3 bedrooms, including a sofa bed, plus an outdoor area and balcony. Parking is available on the street (fee). Guest house close to the water and near Stockholm.

A modern guesthouse (2014) where you can sleep at night and work during the day. Pentry kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower. You can access places such as Kista, Sollentuna, Solna and Stockholm City from the bus stop 450 meters away. Edsviken (fjord) is only 200 meters away where you can swim during summer and ice skate during winter. In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Nyrenoverat kedjehus med egen parkering nedanför huset. Stor altan som har sol hela dagen med vacker sjöutsik. AC finns och grill finns. 15 min till Stockholm city med bil Närhet till buss och tunnelbana 5 min promenad ner till vattnet där bryggor och badplats finns för härliga morgon eller kvällsbad. Matbutik och restaurang finns i närheten. Gäst tar med egna lakan och städar vid avfärd ( städmedel finns)

"Lake View cottage" is a guesthouse of the "Lake View Villa" that is located beside a small lake, Väsjön and a ski slope, Väsjöbacken. There is a running track nearby nature and forest. We are just 20 minutes away from both Arlanda Airport and the city centre Stockholm by car. Two bicycles are free to use.
