Hear the loons call as you sit by the camp fire. Cozy up to your loved ones next to the indoor fire place. Enjoy a game of corn hole in the shade on the front lawn, or rock in the swing next to the water it doesn't matter what time of the day or the weather there is a place on the property to enjoy.

Our cabin is 4 miles from the town of Newport, and is on Sebasticook lake. It's private and surrounded by trees on both sides. Perfect spot for enjoying the Maine outdoors! The main ITS Trail is at the end of the driveway. No need to trailer your toys once you arrive. Perfect for ATV/Snowmobiling. We also have a dock available if you have a boat you'd like to bring. In the winter, the home is heated with a woodstove and a heat pump (which also works as AC in the summer)
