Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Can Fussimany is a manor house dating back to 1618, located just a short walk from La Residencia. It remains one of the few traditional manors in Deià that still preserves its original olive press (Tafona) and private chapel. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
