Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
