ECONUT FARMHOUSE

ECONUT FARMHOUSE Econut farmhouse is located on the Palani to Kodaikanal road, about 16 km before you reach Kodaikanal town. The farmhouse is conveniently located next to the road, yet hidden from view and private. It is in a quiet area with very few houses around, and in the midst of an organic farm. There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

Step back in time at Verdant Heritage Bungalow. This charming colonial bungalow sits in the heart of Fort Kochi. You'll have the entire, private upper floor to yourself, complete with a luxurious master bedroom with AC, a cool spare bedroom (also with AC), and a breezy balcony. If the lone bathroom is insufficient, feel free to use the ground floor bath room. Explore all the nearby sights on foot as they are just a stroll away. We don't live here but just a quick 15-minute call away.
