The Beach Retreat Prestwick

This home is a short walk to the train station which is 6 mins to Troon and 45 mins to the centre of Glasgow This fabulous bright and spacious home is a short walk from the airport, train station, beach, the world famous Prestwick golf club and all local amenities, including a wide array of excellent restaurants and bars. French doors open onto a private back garden which has two decking areas, both with garden furniture and BBQ. The home has recently been renovated to a high standard.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a unique 18th Century lime washed stone cottage located a short distance from Whiting Bay. As a Category B listed building of architectural and historic interest, Rose Cottage is believed to be a long house typical of the Western Isles. A delightful home in a peaceful rural location, oozing charm and maintaining much of the original character. Accommodation comprises a large open plan lounge area with galleried mezzanine, kitchen, bathroom and one double room.

Balcraig House on beautiful Ayrshire Estate

Balcraig House is the south wing of a country mansion in complete privacy, with a large living/dining room with two open fireplaces, kitchen and conservatory. The property lies within the beautiful grounds of Balbeg Estate, a 400 acre estate sitting in the valley of the Water of Girvan. The estate covers a mixture of woodland and pasture with lovely woodland walks revealing stunning rural views. Within the grounds there are two play parks, a football pitch and a nature pond.
