The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and the beach. You’ll love the views, the location, the people, the outdoors space and the ambiance. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We are located on a private road and offer use of community dock. Perfect area for kayaking and exploring or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Owners live on property with small dog.
