Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Discover the perfect fall escape at our newly renovated Starfish Cottage, a gem nestled in a peaceful beach community in RI. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, the area offers plenty to do from kayaking to biking, & of course, the beach. In the evenings, unwind by grilling on the patio & making s'mores by the fire. Located just 2 miles from Greenhill & Charlestown beaches, you'll also be only 15 mins. to URI, 30 mins. to Newport & 20 mins. to the Block Island Ferry.

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Originally built in 1857 as a one-room school and later relocated, this charming retreat blends historic charm with modern comfort. Thoughtfully furnished to honor its past, it offers a cozy, inviting space for families or couples, to relax and explore Mystic’s rich history, scenic beauty, and waterfront attractions. Perfect for a memorable getaway in a storied New England setting.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Take out the kayaks or paddle board around the cove, dine in Newport or explore all Rhode Island has to offer!

This water view cozy Mediterranean-style 1 bedroom romantic cottage is located within the charming community of Shelter Harbor. Across the street is Quonochontaug Pond, a four mile saltwater pond perfect for kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, clamming, and of course swimming. :)
