This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
