A spacious 360 sqft studio with a private entrance including self check-in, a kitchenette, & multifunctional area for working remotely. Fits up to four people (1 queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa). Located 10 mins from Orlando international airport, 15- 20 minutes from theme parks. Major highways 5 minutes away. Please note on Saturdays from 6-8pm you might hear music playing from the main house.

A creative pleasant place designed for 2 people with everything you need to spend a couple of comfortable days although we could easily accommodate 4 in cases of emergency as we have a cozy sofa bed in the living room The place is close to many convenient places such as the 1- The Orlando airport 2- Lake Nona 3- Boxy Park 4- VA (Veteran hospital) 5- Nemours 6- Campus Tennis USTA 7- Disney 8- SeaWorld 9- Universal Studios etc etc

Single-story townhome. A small conservation area serves as a background to the back porch. There is one parking space right in front of the home. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. USTA campus 20 minute drive via 417. Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.
