The cottage consists of a living area with large double doors opening out onto the garden with an outside shower and pool. The kitchen boasts a Smeg stove and all the necessities to create beautiful meals. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed in a loft bedroom and an extra double bed is available downstairs. . The converted art studio is an open plan designed to capture the soft forest light as it filters through the trees, and to provide the occupants with breathtaking views of the surrounding forest.

The rustic charm of a converted stone barn set in the majestic Drakensberg mountains. For the more active a hike along one of the many trails on the farm there are plenty of birdlife to enjoy, or bring your bike for fantastic MTB trails. Charming and relaxing, it has been lovingly restored and preserved back to its original glory. Everything is new. We’ve curated what we feel is the ideal artists retreat with many vintage artifacts from our travels around Africa, vintage botanical prints, and antique furniture.
