Rosie's Hideaway By The Sea is in a lovely turn of the century Victorian farm house filled with paintings by Maine artists and beautiful hardwood floors. The front yard has gorgeous shade trees and a stone wall. Fabulous views of the harbor is a short walk away. . Follow the road along the harbor and you'll end up downtown Boothbay Harbor where all the shops and restaurants are. While we love children and animals, the space is not appropriate / safe for children under 8 or pets of any kind.

Penthouse Master Bedroom

The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. Our one-hundred acre farm is located in the small rural village of Washington. It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, village church, library, and town offices are located. Beautiful Washington Pond boat landing is only 4/10 of a mile away. Easy commute East (30 minutes) to the coast and must see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or West (30 minutes) to our capitol Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Downtown Boothbay can get loud but we are just far enough away to have a restful place within walking distance to all of the fun.
