Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

The Carriage House is a charming converted barn in Southwest Harbor within walking distance of downtown. Multiple Acadia National Park access points are within 2 miles of the Carriage House. Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road are 20 minutes away. A perfect hideaway for 2 people looking for a quaint retreat. The Carriage House was recently renovated and air conditioning recently added. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
