An additional exterior dwelling accommodates guests who desire an "away space" for work or solitude between hikes and al fresco dining. Rustic Manset Tiny House

Experience living tiny in this lovingly built small scale space that includes everything you need for a cozy getaway. Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Welcome to Seaview Cottage, an adorable, restored barn in the heart of the Southwest Harbor. Perfect for two, with one bedroom, lofted living /dining area, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Sliding glass doors open onto a small deck with ocean peaks and there is an easy path to the harbor for beachcombing at low tide and a swim spot for the pup. Seabrook Cottage below is available too. The “Quietside” is the perfect home base for exploring Acadia National Park by land and sea.

It’s close to several Acadia National Park access points (Long Pond and Echo Lake are both within a 5 minute drive). This home offers extra wide doorways accomodating those with mobility issues.
