Pine River Lodge - Lincoln Log

This one room cabin has a queen bed with a couch that pulls out into a second queen if you need it, fireplace, full kitchen and ¾ bath. (shower no tub). A covered deck is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee (a glass of wine?) and the amazing lake view (you can hear the waves lapping at the shore). One of the unique features of this lakeside cabin is the large fire pit nestled under the trees in front of the lake to enjoy. Please note there is only parking for one vehicle at this cabin.

“Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin”

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

We are 15 minutes outside of charming, historic Creede - home to an extremely adorable downtown with great options for dining and shopping, as well as the beloved Creede Repertory Theatre! One of the best features at Whiskey Hill is the deck to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and evening beverage with calming views of the dense forest and mountain sunsets.

This cabin has been designed to be your basecamp for adventure. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

The Cozy Cove

This Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
