Ski at Oak or Gore, Sauna, & Walk to Village

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. This cozy hideaway, nestled in timber, feels a little like sleeping in a tree house. Located on a quiet and peaceful road with views of Gore Mountain and the Hudson River, it is 5 minutes to the base of Gore Mountain Ski Area and 3 minutes to downtown North Creek with restaurants and shopping. This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Large camp in the Adirondack Mountains on 10 acres. Great property for large families. 4000 sq feet! All-season playground so bring your skis, snow shoes, bathing suits, hiking boots, golf etc... For those less adventurous just cozy up around the backyard fire pit in an adirondack chair. Short drive to multiple lakes, ski mountains, hiking trails, quaint village shops, and restaurants.
