Create memories at our lakefront cottage with private beach and dock in the heart of the ADK Mountains. Lake and mountain views greet you from large picture windows. Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this property is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Aluminum dock, kayaks, canoe, SUP &paddleboat provided, as well as all linens, Beekman 1802 toiletries and well stocked kitchen.

Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Camp Stardust is a private lakefront retreat for guests seeking peace, nature, and an exceptionally beautiful setting. Wrapped in windows, the cabin offers panoramic lake views and frequent wildlife sightings. Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Please request one of these combinations so we can accept your request. Thanks!

Camp Finale

Located on our most private lot, Camp Finale offers breathtaking mountain views and beautiful wildflower meadow which spills below to the woods. Accessed off a long driveway at the end of our country road, the cabin offers privacy and tranquility. Queen bed, sweet new bathroom with shower, kitchen with range and compact fridge and a private firepit. Optional Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar sauna! In summer we offer wood fired pizza. Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.

Sauna, Ski Gore Weekdays & Private Chef

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Or, relax at the cabin and enjoy the spacious, fenced in backyard with family, friends and pets. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and/or snowmobile/boat trailers.
