Appartamentino luminoso e caratteristico con affaccio su "La Piazzetta" nel Centro Storico. Ha un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140 cm x 190 cm) su soppalco, ha anche una piccola poltrona letto (70 cm x 180 cm) accanto alla cucina (ben attrezzata). Non adatto a persone con ridotta capacità motoria o persone di grande corporatura, la scala di accesso al soppalco non è una scala consueta (vedi immagini). Le finestre sono termofonoassorbenti. Climatizzazione.Riscaldamento. Lenzuola non stirate ;)

Both terraces offer breath taking views of the mountains, the entire Gulf of Serapo and the medieval city. Casa Amel centro storico e mare

Tra i tetti del borgo ti aspetta un rifugio luminoso, dove il mare è sempre vicino. Nel centro storico di Sperlonga, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta e dalla spiaggia, Casa Amel è perfetta per 2/4 ospiti. Un open space arioso con ampio soppalco e tutti i comfort, pensato per chi ama perdersi tra i vicoli e lasciarsi conquistare dall'atmosfera autentica del borgo. Terzo piano senza ascensore, con tipiche scale del centro storico, non adatto a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
