It accommodates 4 guests (2 on king size bed in bedroom and 2 on stretchable queen size sofa with real mattress in the living room/kitchen). Both rooms are equipped with AC and flat screen smart tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Bathroom is private, and wifi is available throughout property.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
