Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

Smoking permitted outside, green friendly same rule. Owner lives on the main floor, so security is not an issue. Coffeemaker (and coffee), microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer all included. Antenna tv only, so bring a Chromecast or Firestick to plug in! I use physical keys, so let me know the general time of your arrival.

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.
