Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. Walkable to a city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to airport, downtown Spokane, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
