Brand-new, ADA-compliant, pet-friendly studio in the heart of Kendall Yards—connected to Uprise Brewery and steps from shops and the Centennial Trail. Enjoy organic bedding, premium coffee, free WiFi, and local artwork by Ben Joyce Studios. Open-concept layout with a queen-size Murphy bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with mini fridge and bar area. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Roomy daylight basement, guest suite with one bedroom, king-size bed, fully functional unfinished ugly kitchen, washer/dryer. Private entrance and patio. The suite is across the street from the river. It can be seen seasonally. Walk the loop, or sit outside and listen to the river. Maybe see our resident eagle in flight and laugh at the antics of the squirrels. Watch deer, moose, turkeys, and many birds. Enjoy peace, serenity, and nature. Quiet and calming - we call it our hideaway.

Nestled in Cliff-Cannon neighborhood, our remodeled 110-year-old craftsman is walkable to dining & groceries & under a 5 minute drive to downtown, Manito park, hospitals & more. A clean, cozy space with a functional kitchen & comfortable sleeping; perfect for couples & small families. Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Our home features cozy a living room with fireplace, a TV/game room with queen bunkbed, outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, and BBQ. We are just a short walking distance to Audobon Park, local restaurants, and breweries. Come enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest with us!
