The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

Airport and U of O nearby

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.

Jan Special! Spacious 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Bear Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. It boasts a covered front porch w/ outdoor seating, kitchenette w/ small appliances, sink and light snacks, a brand new heating/cooling unit and wifi. The Cottage is conveniently located 5 min. from Autzen Stadium by car (30 min walk) along walk/bike paths and 3/4 mile from the Shoppes at Gateway.

The Sunny Campus Loft is the perfect location for visiting the U of O, Hayward Field & the rest of Eugene! 10 minute walk to U of O! 20 minute walk to Hayward Field! If you want to commute by bike this is the perfect spot for you! The Loft has a garage downstairs for securely parking bicycles or compact vehicles & is 1/2 block to the Alder St. bike-route that leads through campus & all the way downtown. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the nearest grocery store & several restaurants!
