Located in a quiet SE Eugene neighborhood, within walking distance to the Amazon Corner shops, Tugman park, and short drive to U of O and downtown. The studio includes a mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2 burner hot plate. A twin day bed converts into a king size bed for sleeping! Additional features include a Nespresso machine, heating & cooling, and a smart HDTV with several streaming services.

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
