Mardale Cottage is a secondary unit to Mardale house, as you can see it been fully converted into a guest suite above the garage for your comfort. We hope you enjoy your stay with us in sunny St. Annes-on- the -Sea. The cottage is ideal for couples, families as it comfortably sleeps a max of 2 adults and 2 children . Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. A pleasant stroll along the beach/sea front one way takes you to the centre of St. Annes, and, the other, to Fairhaven Lake, with its cafe and boating. Lytham is easily accessible by car or bus or even on foot if you're feeling energetic.

Located right in the centre of the seaside town of St Annes on Sea overlooking the beautiful Ashton Gardens from the master suite. The beach and pier is a five minute walk and the park is literally behind the house with a beautiful café and park. All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!
