Fairwater Leisure Centre, swimming pool and playing fields are only a stone throw away. The house has a lovely south facing garden and a recently refurbished upstairs, with marble shower, wood and limestone flooring, cosy-cabin-style cladded bedroom and crisp-white linens.

In addition to the 2 acre garden there are 3 acres of paddock.

Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
