The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Im Sommer erreichen sie in nur 2 min Gehzeit den Paragleiterlandeplatz sowie zahlreiche Spazier- und Wanderwege. Der Ortskern und ein Badesee sind nur 1,5 km entfernt. Restaurants und Gasthöfe sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genießen sie die herrlichen Bergkulissen am Fuße des Tennengebirges. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

Apartment is well placed to access the vast ski area within minutes in winter and in good conditions can be ski in/ski out. It is also great for cycling or walking in the summer. The apartment has a ski/ boot room in the basement. It has a spacious, comfortable living area and bedroom and a well stocked kitchen for cosy evenings in or if you fancy eating out there are several good quality hotels and restaurants to chose from in the village.
