Our waterfront home is located off Bayou Long where you can fish right in the back yard on it's own 40ft canal or take your boat out for the day. Accessible short drive or boat ride to Lake Verret, Grassy Lake & Lake Palourde and spend the day fishing, grabbing Daquiris at Spunky Monkey, eat at Gros Marine or just enjoying the day out on the boat w/ your family and friends. Welcome to Chez Plaisance! Offered as a three-bedroom, one & 1/2-bath bayou-side destination. There is one bedroom (Full size) and one bathroom, with bathtub and shower downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. One has a daybed with a trundle, allowing beds for 2/3 in each room. The park has fishing available with a dock to fish from and a beach to swim at with charcoal fire pits, picnic tables, restrooms with outdoor showers to rinse off. Two beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels are available to bring to beach- please return. Bunk bed room has two boxes of toys and board games available.
