Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Welcome to beautiful North Idaho! Guest cottage with separate entrance, located on a private 2 acre garden estate. About 1.5 miles from the freeway I-90. 30 minutes from Spokane airport, 15 minutes to Coeur d ‘Alene, 30 minutes to Silverwood. One large bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Perfect for 2-4 people. Parking spot included. Piano for those musically inclined. Pack and play available upon request. Air conditioning. Washer/dryer upon request No pets allowed.

7th Haven Cottage

Cute newly remodeled one bedroom home in the heart of Post Falls. A small but quaint retreat! Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and coffee shop. Also less than a mile to public beach park and boat ramp. The home offers a full kitchen, laundry, sleeping area for three with queen bed in bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. Plenty of parking on the property for your boat and trailer. RV parking may be available. We'd love to have you as our guests!!

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
