Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

Right off highway 56, enjoy your stay in Lyons in our newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath home. Centrally located, you are only blocks from downtown. Both bedrooms are on the main level and include a King and Queen bed. House includes stocked kitchen, full bathroom with washer/dryer and a large formal dining/living room that seats six.
