Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.

Stay at an off-the-grid Adirondack style log cabin located in Penn Yan. Guest can enjoy camping, reconnect nature, enjoy a warm fire by the fireplace during the winter and explore the trails. This year-round cabin offers a spot along the Keuka Lake wine trail, Watkin Glen State Park, The Windmill or a warm place for the ice fishermen! Pet Friendly!

Waterfront Hilltop primitive cabin over 1000' from dirt road with bunk bed and sleeping loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
