Surfside is a contemporary home with fir floors, cedar ceilings and a wood stove for romantic nights. Relax on the deck while overseeing the ocean wildlife. Close to parks, on Galloping Goose trail. Walk to pub or bus stop, 12 min to Sooke, 45 min to Victoria, ferry. Sheltered from storms, on a private cove, the Covehouse has a cedar and glass deck, BBQ, dock, hot tub with view, ocean access. Ideal for 1-2 couples, cyclists, paddlers, nature lovers, families, or business.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.
