The guesthouse features 1260 sf of luxurious accommodations (2 queen beds (1 in master, another in alcove), 1 bathroom, kitchenette, dining, and living areas) and resort-like amenities (heated spa/ unheated pool, gazebo, gas grill, koi pond), all within a lush 1/3+ acre gated property.

This secluded, gated, lux retreat with stunning views sits on over 1 acre in a country-like setting with easy access to LA activities. Resort features include steam shower, filtered water, fire pit, pool, hammock, Alexa, 50” TV , hi-speed wi-fi, printer, desk, Nespresso coffee maker, BBQ w burner/pots/pans, remote controlled black out blinds, private patio, with luxury amenities and designer details. For reservations more than 3 months in advance, please inquire.

Topanga Pool House

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Contemporary Cottage - An Oasis with a Private Heated Pool.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting with lush landscaping is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

A spotless bedroom and designer bathroom in the garden wing of a private home close to the many restaurants and small shops on Ventura Boulevard. Universal City, the studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, the Getty Museum and other attractions are easily accessed. 450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
