On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms each with a large private balcony, and private bathrooms. The living room, kitchen and dining room are overlooking the private pool, terrace and garden.There is also a large brick barbecue.The kitchen is fully equipped.We offer transfers from airports to the villa and any needed transportation in the seaside area of the guests'choice (paid extra)

Not only do you have your own private pool and outdoor space, you also have use of the hotel facilities including spa services. There are plenty of guest pools to use, with swim up bar and waterfalls. The property is only a 5-10 minute drive or taxi ride to Sunny Beach and there are loads of fun activites nearby by including a waterpark. Pool not available from October to May

Villa Kaliva is at a spacious plot of land with garden and small forest. Situated on top of residence area with wonderful view at the bay in a very calm and quiet environment - not quite typical for the resort. Noisy, naughty companies coming for "famous alchohol tourism" not welcomed and tolerated. Thanks!
