King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional outdoor shower for the adventurous spirit. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

One of a kind modern treehouse yurt overlooks the famous Loyalsock Creek. Enjoy the views of the creek and surrounding mountains from the 40ft wrap around deck. Located less than 7 miles from hiking and swimming at Worlds End State Park. Think modern efficiency apartment nestled in Mother Nature. We are absolutely thrilled to invite you to experience the magic of our unique treehouse accommodations nestled in the heart of the stunning Stamford NY countryside! Approximately 3 hours from the NYC. There are 3 private decks, hot tub, fire pit. The wood-burning sauna is $100 per session, if hosts are available to prepare it for you. Message for availability. The area offers outdoor adventure, including hiking through scenic trails, fishing, skiing, outdoor pools, farm markets, live music.

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
