This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Immaculate cabin on the historical Suwannee River, just upstream from Telford Springs. Our floating dock equipped with a kayak launch, makes it easy to enjoy your day on the river. Small boats are welcome too with a boat ramp nearby. Whether you're here to dive the caves of the springs or just enjoy the scenic countryside, you won't be disappointed! River levels vary throughout the year, feel free to reach out for a clear water forecast of the springs before booking!

Great place to go out and explore kayaking, canoeing, diving, and swimming at the beautiful fresh water springs located close by. Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
