Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. The unlimited internet, TV, air conditioning and hot water, as well as other surprises of the hosts are included to our offer. Welcome!

Gostima je na raspolaganju velika natkrivena terasa s roštiljem na drva te prostrani uređeni vrt i ležaljke. Smještaj nudi pogled na more i jedno privatno parkirno mjesto odmah uz kuću. Domaćin živi u susjednoj kući i dostupan je po potrebi, a gostima je osigurana potpuna privatnost. U mjestu se nalazi restoran, a najbliža trgovina udaljena je 5 minuta autom.

Enjoy your generous private terrace with sweeping sea views, and convenient private parking. Please review the map before booking. This secluded apartment is outside town with a road below the pines. Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
