Relax and unwind at Casa de Mar - our 3 bed, 3 full bath ocean front home on the North Shore. Close to Salem and Boston, overlooking Swampscott Bay to Nahant. The great room has 25' ceilings, a 70" flat screen TV, and 2 seating areas. Modern kitchen, new appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

Vacation by the Sea

We welcome you to our comfortable getaway one block from the sea ! Beautiful and newly renovated. Located in a family neighborhood with houses close together so very important that our guests are respectful, in terms of noise and disturbances . Absolutely no parties are allowed. As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. Additional amenities, for a fee, can enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Captain’s Quarters

Tucked in a home built in 1740, this cozy apartment offers costal charm in historic old town, surrounded by antique homes and winding streets. Galleries, bakery, cafés, shops, restaurants, and beaches are a few steps away. Unwind, explore & soak in the salty, seaside breeze. Note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Typical of 18th century homes, the staircase is steep and narrow. The apartment isn’t child proof or de-leaded. Wear shoes because the original floor boards are rough.

Even though the apartment is located on one of the main streets in the heart of MHD, it is very peaceful. This location is close to everything you’d need and is very close to the historic district. We are pet friendly and you’ll find many games, toys and entertainment for you and your fur babies!
