See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
