Απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά από την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού την Αρχοντική Χωρα της Ανδρου και 20 λεπτά από τον παραδοσιακό Όρμο Κορθιου. Επίσης στα 5 λεπτά βρίσκεται η είσοδος του φαραγγιού των Διποταμάτων με τους παλιούς νερομυλους και το πέτρινο γεφύρι. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών.
