Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). Δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να γνωρίσεις την Ερμούπολη αφού περπατώντας μπορείς να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου στην παραλία «Αστέρια».

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Προτείνεται για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τις πεζοπορίες και αναζητούν την ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους.

One double bed in the bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-pits), bathroom with shower , washing machine, private terrace with chairs and table. Access to a shared patio with direct access to the sea (rocks) where the guests can take a morning swim. Frontal sea view from living and bedroom. A few steps from the center of Ermoupolis.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Το κατάλυμα Dominic Near The Port βρίσκεται 30 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.
