Ravenshoe Home - Room with a View

The property is an old Queenslander situated on beautiful Vine Creek. The room has lots of natural light and a comfortable double bed . You will have full access to the kitchen (for self catering), a shared bathroom and a number of outdoor decks for whiling away your day. Meals can be arranged on request at an additional cost. There is also a barbecue available for your use. This is the perfect spot for escaping the heat of the coast. We have two dogs Molly and Bill & 4 free range chickens.

The cottage is on a ten acre property surrounded by nature in every direction. The cottage is spacious with unique features like an outdoor bath and a lovely rainforest driveway. Rare and endemic species of rainforest and fruit trees. Wildlife and birds live and visit the property . Tree kangaroos nearby. The Crater Lakes National Park and several towns are only a 10 min drive. Secluded and magical in it's nature , Wompoo is the place to stay and take in natures ever changing ambience.

Idriess Cottage

A self contained, one bedroom cottage with all amenities on the edge of Herberton on the Atherton Tablelands. The cottage has a verandah with bush views and BBQ. Part of a secure 1 hectare (2 acres) estate, the cottage is 200m from the main historic homestead. There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. Breakfast supplies included.

Platypus Cottage is situated on 6 acres of manicured lawns and walking tracks. We are on the southern end of the Atherton Tablelands and are within easy access of all local tourist attractions. Abundant wildlife on the property and pet friendly our accommodations are also self contained for your convenience. A fully enclosed puppy park on site will allow you to give your furry friend run.
