Decor was chosen with an eye towards modern boho. Despite the big yard, this location is VERY central, located just a half block from Tacoma's thriving 6th Ave district. Hearty brunch, Tacoma's best burgers, and overpriced cold press are just steps away! Vintage clothing and record stores too.

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
