3-acre property on the back of a vineyard and on the bank of the Currency Creek Inlet. When you drive in off the dirt road you cannot believe what a hidden gem with such a spectacular view! This country home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 living areas including the main lounge with recliner chairs and fireplace, social room with pool table, the ‘Looking Room’ because the view is breathtaking and the Sunroom with large 10-seater dining table. Will also see “Alphie” the alpaca & his sheep walking by.

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. It has extensive lawns sweeping down to the waters edge and a private landing ideal for mooring your boat or fishing. Bring the boat or kayaks, and take advantage of the private community reserve by the river. For large groups, 'Serenity' is also available with it's sister house, 'Esprit', located across the street.
