The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. A jacuzzi under a skylight in the master suite, to relax under the stars. The patio walls hiding views from the neighborhood add a “little private paradise” feel to the house. The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. The advantages of the village: very pretty views, very quiet village, a small restaurant / grocery store / bakery, provides food assistance and makes up for the laziness of cooking. The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

Moulin en bord de rivière

Le Moulin de Reynès a été construit en 1602, sur la rivière, au coeur d'une vallée préservée à quelques kilomètres de Céret. Il a fonctionné jusqu'aux années 1950 et est toujours en état de marche. La rénovation de la partie habitation date de 2010. Gîte de France classé 3 épis, de caractère totalement indépendant, le long d'une petite rivière. Ce lieux vous accueille au calme avec tout le confort pour un séjour de repos et de découverte. (départ de randonnée sur place).
