The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.

With this listing, you’ll get the whole house which includes four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and locking door. Three of the rooms have 1 queen bed and one room has 2 queen beds. Blow up mattresses are available for a minimal fee. You’ll have access to a kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, and several porches. One porch is screened in. There’s free parking behind the house.

A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.
