You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs. My home is 6 min. drive from the centre of Nelson City. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other a super king bed. 1 shower room. You are welcome to come upstairs to sit on the deck with fabulous view over Tasman Bay to the mountains. My street is off state highway 6 into Nelson from Picton ferry / Blenheim. Up a short drive. Nelson has many cafes, restaurants, cool gardens,art galleries, shops. There are excellent cycleways. The Abel Tasman park is 70min drive a must.
