A lovely two bedroom apartment. Bedroom one is a studio room with kitchenette, couches and dining and courtyard. A second spacious bedroom with second TV. A large fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Location & comfort in this spacious one-bedroom apt in the heart of popular Tauranga. Styled to relax with up to 4 guests. Guests are welcome to park outside the front door for easy access while being within walking distance to Historic Village or Tauranga hospital. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
