The surrounding is rural and offers loads of hiking possibilities. To the center of São Brás it is about 3km.

There is no public transport available; 10 mins walk to the nearest bar, 15 mins drive to local restaurants and shops, and to the historical town of Tavira and unspoiled beaches.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with an adjoining kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, all equipped with underfloor heating. The second bedroom, with air conditioning but without underfloor heating, is on the first floor and provides access to the roof terrace.
