Has Sky TV and wifi. 5 min walk to both children’s playgrounds. 5min walk to shop, cafe & Bar Off street parking. (Portacots available on request) This house is well equipped for children. 2x porta cots available - with mattresses, high chair, Childrens plates, cups and cutlery. There is also a cupboard full of toys, games, books and DVDs.

It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

This family friendly home sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Its an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach, playgrounds, restaurant and bar. This kiwi style bach has a sleepout cabin, and will provide hours of fun for all the family. Spacious lounge with a full kitchen is one of the features of this warm comfortable home. Private fully-fenced section, with plenty of off street parking for the cars or boat. Relax on the deck with a drink, listening to sound of the waves.

The Retreat was established by the Clark family who live on, and farm the surrounding land. The Clark's have been farming the 685 hectare coastal property in the Catlins for the last 25 years.
